Pozole – a traditional pork and hominy soup, served with tostadas, radish, lime, oregano, cabbage, onions and chiles.

I customize each catering engagement to the needs of my clients, ranging from intimate private gatherings to large scale dining events.  I specialize in preparing authentic Mexican and fusion cuisine, using as many locally sourced products as possible.  In the summer I use vegetables from my garden and the meat I serve is meat that I butchered myself.  The food I prepare is as close as you can get to eating at the farmhouse!
